The KitchenIQ DP2S has a coarse pre-level including diamond elements that grind cutting edges of classic European kitchen knives in an angle of 35°. The finish level with triangle ceramic elements does not only carry out the finish grinding in an angle of 37°, but is also suited for serrated blades. The grinders operate with floating ceramic elements and sharpen scissors for both right and left-handed users. Rubber stands for safe handling.
